How quickly can I get a response to my email?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and Cirrus

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been processed?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship out your order within 24 hours so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it (especially once it leaves our warehouse) but we'll do everything we can to assist!

How long is the processing period?

Order processing times are between 1-3 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 3 business days following the day you placed your order. If your order has been processing for more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@caseius.com and we'll help you out.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us.

What delivery options do you offer?

Only one - FREE SHIPPING! Unlike others we don't try to make extra money on your order by adding a little surcharge on the shipping. At Caseius we make sure you get the best value for money and that means free shipping worldwide!

Can I track the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email to let you know! You can also track the status of your package on our Order Tracking page

Will my order come in one package?

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible.

What happens if no one's in when my parcel's being delivered?

You should receive a calling card if no one is available to collect your parcel, it will then be sent to your local Post Office.

Will my parcel be charged additional custom and import charges?

Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Import and Custom policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order.

What should I do if my order is missing?

Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for estimated delivery times to your country. If you have not received your order within these delivery timeframes then please notify us by email at info@caseius.com and we'll do whatever is in our power to assist you.

Will my original postage costs be refunded?

Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.

Are you getting more stock in?

Some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly, however, it’s worth checking back as the site is regularly updated! Alternatively, drop us an email at info@caseius.com and we'll check the status for you.

I purchased a product and it's now in the sale, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
